ESA (European Space Agency) awards Electromagnetic engineering contract to MOLTEK
Within the European Space Agency’s Technical Directorate Moltek has won an Industrial Support contract in the area of Electromagnetics. Moltek are providing ESA with EMC Systems Engineering functional support to the Agency’s Projects throughout all phases of the Project life cycle.
The work includes definition and assessment of EMC requirements at both System and Equipment level, definition and assessment of EMC test and verification procedures of spacecraft equipment and systems, Electromagnetic and circuital analyses, Assessment of test results, non-conformances and request for waivers. In addition MOLTEK Consultants will be troubleshooting activities for spacecraft equipment and system exhibiting electromagnetic interference and active participating in Spacecraft or payloads Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), Critical Design Reviews (CDR) and Flight Acceptance Reviews (FAR).
